I’m having a problem with the Bookmate website: I can’t open any books or edit my profile. What should I do?

1. Open the website in a browser in “Incognito” or “Private browsing” mode.

If everything starts working properly, delete all temporary browser files and cookies. To find out how to do this, go to your browser’s support website. For example, here are the instructions for Google Chrome users or Apple Safari.

2. The problem may have to do with a plugin that is blocking access to the website. Try disabling all of your browser’s plugins. You can find detailed instructions on your browser’s support website.

3. In extreme cases, use another browser. The Bookmate website works best on the latest versions of Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Edge, and Apple Safari.
