All my books and my subscription have disappeared from my account. Why?

You probably created a new account when you logged in. For example, if you have signed up via email, then log in via a social network, you will have two different accounts. All you have to do is log out of the account you just created and log into your primary account.

If you’re certain that you logged into your original account, but your books and subscription are still gone, try reinstalling the app. You can also try synchronizing your library. To do this, go to the “My books” section and swipe down.

If the problem persists, contact tech support.
