I already have a subscription, but can't read the books

1. Make sure that the book you are trying to read is available for your subscription type.
 
2. Make sure that you have entered the correct password and used the correct e-mail to access the website or application.

If you have always logged in via e-mail and password, and now, for the first time, logged in via one of the social networks, a new account will be created.
 
3. Sign out and log back into your account.
 
4. Tap "Restore Subscription":
 
For Android: Tap the round icon in the upper right corner of the screen, tap the settings icon and select "Restore subscription".
 
For iOS: Tap the round icon in the lower right corner of the screen, tap the settings icon in the upper right corner and select "Restore the subscription".

If it doesn't help, please contact us and provide the following information:

— your login,
— a screenshot of the main application settings,
— payment method,
— screenshots of the payment confirmation letters.
