All my books and subscription disappeared from my account

Most likely, you have accidentally created another profile instead of logging into the one you usually use.

Please make sure that you have entered the correct password and used the correct e-mail to access the website or application.

If you have always logged in via e-mail and password, and now, for the first time, logged in via one of the social networks, in that case a new account will be created. And you won't be able to see your personal library and your active subscription. You'll have to sign out and log back into your main account.
